Sheetal Cordry | Vice-President & Current Events Chair

Sheetal Cordry is a Birmingham native. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Birmingham Southern College and then graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005 with her Master’s in Social Work. She and her husband, Ryan, have three children- Eva, Raj, and Dev and live in Birmingham. Eva was diagnosed with the rare genetic disorder, Williams Syndrome, at the age of 2.5. Sheetal has spent the last 10 years advocating for her daughter and other children and families with disabilities. She feels strongly about raising awareness, connecting families to resources needed, and fostering a sense of community and belonging for everyone. She also serves as a board member and volunteer for the Service Guild of Birmingham. Additionally, she serves on The Bell Center board and Homewood City School’s Board of Education.
